Disclaimer & Accessibility Statement
This statement describes important limitations of Grey Analytics outputs and our approach to making the service usable by as many people as reasonably possible.
Last updated: 12 September 2026
1. Analytical disclaimer
Grey Analytics provides AI-assisted financial document analysis and operational review support. Outputs are informational and depend on the completeness and accuracy of the records supplied to the service.
Grey Analytics does not provide a statutory audit, legal opinion, tax-practitioner service or other regulated professional opinion. Users remain responsible for validating findings against source records and obtaining appropriate professional advice where required.
2. Estimates and recommendations
Potential savings, classifications, risk indicators and recommended actions are estimates or analytical outputs rather than guarantees of a financial result. Actual outcomes may differ based on business circumstances, implementation decisions and underlying data quality.
3. Accessibility commitment
Grey Analytics aims to provide clear structure, keyboard-accessible controls, readable contrast, responsive layouts and semantic interfaces across commonly used devices and assistive technologies.
Accessibility work is treated as an ongoing product responsibility rather than a one-time certification exercise.
4. Reporting an accessibility issue
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, send the affected page, device or assistive technology details to feedback@greyanalytics.co.za so the issue can be reviewed and prioritised.
5. External services
Some workflows depend on third-party providers or externally hosted services. Grey Analytics cannot control the accessibility, availability or content of third-party interfaces, but will seek practical alternatives where feasible.
